Warrior Solutions, Inc. Launches Its First Two Products:
Leaders Guide and Platoon Personnel

Warrior Solutions develops Palm OS ® software for
small unit leaders in the U.S. Military. The company announced
today that its first two products, Platoon Personnel
and Leaders Guide are now available

process of implementing standard Army training and database
procedures. Platoon Warrior Personnel replaces
paper-based checklists and forms, facilitating quick, accurate
retrieval and exchange of memory aid tools and data in the
field.
Platoon Personnel provides a detailed database
of all significant information on a given soldier. This
includes basic soldier information, crew rosters, awards,
schools, training, dependents, and all associated reports.
The Leaders Guide provides all of the
reference information normally found in the leaders
book. This includes detailed sections on all aspects of
basic combat soldiers skills.
The companys founders bring extensive military experience
to the company:
Charles Stibrany served 24 years in the U.S. Army
before retiring with the rank of Lt. Colonel in 1999. During
his army career he provided results-oriented leadership
and project management in varied, demanding positions, including
restructuring personnel and infrastructure for NATO, serving
as department chairman for the University of Colorado, and
providing operations management, training expertise, and
quality assurance management in Germany and the Netherlands.
Jeffrey Pelot retired from the U.S. Army in 1999
with the rank of Infantry Sergeant Major, having served
for 25 years. His military career responsibilities included
extensive training development, technical education management,
development of strategic objectives, and research and development.
Having served several tours in infantry battalions airborne
and infantry divisions, he has extensive field and operations
experience. He served as project manager for the Future
Infantry Fighting Vehicle, and was twice selected to brief
the Secretary of the Army on new technology.
Steven Walter graduated as a Distinguished Graduate
from the United States Military Academy, West Point in 1992.
Commissioned as an Armor Officer, served in all levels of
junior leadership. Lead the 1994 US Boeselager team to NATO
wide victory. Served as an ROTC instructor at the University
of Boulder and completed a Masters degree in Information
Systems.
